MyLiveDoctors/iMEDHealth/Company may provide refunds as determined in its sole and absolute discretion.

1. Refunds

Each case will be evaluated by a due process. The user shall not expect any refund to be initiated within a 30 day period. No-show to appointment may not get a refund.  It is the users responsibility to make sure they have an optimal and stable 3G or higher connection. The user may be eligible for a refund in the event it is evident that (1) the clinician did not look to address the users query (2) the call did not connect preventing any reasonable communication due to connectivity issues at the Clinicians side. The user may file a detailed written request at There after, the case shall be evaluated in full and result of the evaluation will be communicated to the concerned user.

Refunds shall not be issued for:

  1. No-shows
  2. Lack of satisfaction in service provided unless the users request in received and evaluated to be valid as per above

For our records, we may retain original and updated information for reasons such as technical constraints, dispute resolution, troubleshooting and agreement enforcement.
